Driven by our commitment to the environment, we try to minimize waste and give new life to damaged garments. If you have a damaged item, you can send it to us and we will do our best to repair it. Any item you bought from our shop is eligible.

Even though our team is experienced with various mending techniques, some garments may be beyond our help. In which case, we will ask for your consent to reuse the materials that we can save, so it doesn’t end up in a landfill. You will receive a voucher that you can use in our shop in exchange.

While we offer this service to reduce waste, we are aware that international shipping also has an impact on the environment. For this reason, we encourage you to seek out your local craftspeople and support your community whenever possible.

To use our Unlimited Repairs program, please contact us with images showing the damage clearly and a detailed description. You are expected to cover the shipping costs.
